New York, New York James M Davis 1901 No Binding Collectible-Fine Book
# 14507. Stereograph on tan board (3 1/2 x 7 inch) with title across the bottom. The Pan American Exposition was held in Buffalo, New York during 1901. When William McKinley was assassinated at the Temple of Music they had to operate under reflected sunlight since there was no interior lighting and the doctors were unsure as to the damage that could be caused by an x-ray machine, on display for the first time, would have on him. Image of the Crystalline Palace in full light at night. Fine clean copy.
