Staple bound, cardstock cover with comic illustrations, minor rubbing. 15 pages. Frederic Ogden Nash (1902-1971) was a very popular writer of light verse. This booklet includes the lyrics and music (by Robert Armbruster) of a song written for the Dutch Treat Show in 1933. In the song, Mr. Nash cast aspersions at the marital status of the parent of prominent bankers and politicians, popular targets for satire during the Great Depression.
