Original green cloth with gilt lettering on the front cover and spine. 5 3/4 X 8 1/4 inches. 215 pages. Deckled edges. Some uncut pages. Copy contains 15 black and white photograph and 1 black and white map. Contents of this copy are, Introduction by William T. Hornaday, Enroute to the Hunting Grounds, Into the Goat and Glacier Fields, Russell Glacier, Sheep-Both White and Dark-A Digression, On the Sheep Ranges, Sheep, Moose and Caribou, Moose and Caribou, Rams and Caribou, A New Species of Caribou-Rangifer Mcguirei, Homeward Bound, Outfitting Hints and Afterthoughts. A previous owner wrote his name, "C. M. White from Harry Hubins, 1922" on the inside front cover. Also, previous owner wrote his name lightly in pen on the upper portion of a page.
