Stereograph on gray board (7 x 3 1/2 inch) with commentary on the backside about the dam at Keokuk, Iowa which spans the Mississippi, the first to do so, and was built in 1913 along with the method of transporting the huge generators from Akron, Ohio to the site by rail. Constructed by the Mississippi River Power Company. Standard industrial view of the generators in row (about 15) in a long large room. Fine clean copy.
