The brochure includes photographs featuring the hotel rooms and illustrations pertaining to the local culture. The brochure advertises amenities and things to do such as viewing and experiencing Native American art and culture, riding the stage coach, and visiting surrounding areas like the Grand Canyon. On three panels is a reprint of Fanita Lanier's mural, Historical Wonderlands of the Original Kingdom of New Mexico and Arizona.
