Original carbon typescript printed on beige paper. Pages bound by a paper clip. 8 1/2" x 11." Twenty-eight pages, complete. Paper has "Peerless Mimeograph" watermark. Pages are very clean and intact. Typescript for an episode of The Fleischmann's Yeast Hour that aired 8:00-9:00 p.m. on May 31, 1934. The Fleischmann's Yeast Hour (also known as The Rudy Vallee Show, The Fleischmann Yeast Hour, and The Fleischmann Hour) was a musical variety radio show that was broadcast on NBC from 1929-1936. In 1936, its name changed to The Royal Gelatin Show which aired until 1939. In its time, The Fleischmann's Yeast Hour was a top-rated program, and many actors and actresses made their debut on the show.
