Slight wrinkling on the pages and discoloration along the bottom edge. Staples are rusted. Excerpt from Page 1: "This material has been prepared by the Office of the Director of Public Information. It is the third in a series of monthly releases, and is intended to serve as source material for speakers and those who ask for up-to-date information about Canada's participation in the war. It will be revised monthly and will contain the most recent of available facts and figures."
