Original publisher's beige wrappers with text and small motifs in red, white, and blue. Staple binding. 6 1/2" x 9 1/4." Forty-seven unnumbered pages, complete. Pages and covers are clean and intact overall. A couple small dampstains on front cover. Offsetting on back cover. Covers have chipping at the spine and fore-edge. A few internal pages have folds at the lower-right corners not affecting text. Liberty loans (or bonds) were war bonds that were sold to support the Allies during World War I. The purchasing of said loans were promoted as a patriotic act during the war. The Woman's Liberty Loan Committee was formed in May 1917. Women who were part of the Committee sold war bonds during World War I.
