Pages are very clean and intact overall but have a few light dampstains and slight foxing. Text is still clear and readable. A Very Good copy. A treaty between Great Britain and Russia. Signed under King George II (1683-1760) and Empress Elizabeth I (1709-1762). This treaty affirmed that Great Britain and Russia would defend one another should either come under attack by land or sea. The treaty describes the terms of the alliance, and some articles discuss monetary compensation for providing military aid. This treaty played a role in the Seven Years' War.
